Refund and Returns Policy
Perfumes and Essential Oils are Non – Returnable Products.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received is damaged/ defective by the customer.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
Orders are shipped from Monday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within 2 business days after it is placed, although in some cases we may need up to 5-6 business days to fulfill your order. Holidays and sales may results in longer shipping times, despite our best efforts to minimize that.
Occasionally some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated, this may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens.

- Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.
- Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
- For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
All products are subject to inspection. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.

Reason for return:
We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. If you get a package and the bottle has broken or leaked because of the courier company’s negligence, please snap a photo and email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org, upon receipt of the photo, we will send a replacement package for the damaged items.
We request you that please inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within period of 5 days if there is a problem.
